New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): As Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is to address a rally in Jaipur on Tuesday in order to reach out to Muslim community of the state and the nation, Congress leader Jagdambika Pal said that the Jaipur rally cannot clean up the tainted Modi and that the minorities will always have a fear factor in them because of the Gujarat incident. Further, talking about the BJP-RSS meet to draw consensus on the party___s PM candidate, he said that the decision whatsoever will be of the RSS and not BJP.
