Manipur, Oct 24 (ANI): The 4X4 Overland Expedition car rally reached its second-last stop, which is India's northeastern state of Manipur, on Tuesday and will leave for Myanmar. A total of 54 car rallyists, which includes 17 women hailing from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and India, participated in the car rally. A participants of the rally, Lam, was excited at the prospect of being able to drive to India and experience the wonders of this land. The rally aims in making a good relationship among the South Asian countries, which could bring in prospects of trade among them in the future. The rally started from Singapore on 18 vehicles and covered Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Shangrila, Zuozang, Lhasa, Zhang Moi, Nepal, Bhutan. It reached its final leg in India's northeastern state of Manipur, in the Imphal city yesterday. From here, it will leave for Myanmar via the town of Moreh.
