New Delhi, Feb 17 (ANI): Commenting on interim budget presented by Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Monday, BJP leader Arun Jaitley said that it was 'an unconvincing election speech' by the finance minister. He said that this was nothing more than a farewell speech for the Congress party.
