Lyon's 22-year old midfielder Corentin Tolisso has established himself as one of the most promising young central midfielder in Europe through his consistent performances for the French club since 2013.

Since making his debut for Lyon in 2013, Tolisso has gone on to establish himself as a regular in the Lyon starting 11 making over 150 appearances and also made his debut for the French national team earlier this year.

Tolisso, who is a graduate of the Lyon academy, is reportedly looking to leave Lyon in the summer after four seasons with the club as he wants to take his career to the next level and also boost his chances of making the France squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Speaking earlier this season, Tolisso said: "Many clubs make me dream like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and England with teams like Arsenal. I love the Premier League and I think I have the profile. This is the championship that also offers more competition, which is the most open, the most contested and most spectacular."

Since breaking into the Lyon first team in 2013, Tolisso has gone on to improve his game season by season. The midfielder just managed to score one goal in his first season but he really found his stride in the seasons that followed.

He netted seven goals and registered three assists in his second season and followed that up with another seven goals and seven assists in the 15/16 season. In the ongoing season he has notched up 14 goals so far and six assists, so it's fair to say that his game has certainly improved over the season and it's no surprise to see top European clubs come after him.

While the likes of Inter Milan, Napoli, Juventus and Arsenal have shown an interest in him, one thing that might concern them is the money Lyon want for him. Reports say that Lyon value him at around £30 million and while he has definitely proved that he is a quality player, clubs might feel that his transfer fee is too high.
