Lima, Oct 29 (ANI): Vice President Hamid Ansari, who was on a state visit to Peru to boost bilateral relations, signed four agreements with the mineral rich Latin American country including one on defence cooperation and another on the establishment of a Joint Commission. The two other agreements were on exchange programmes in the field of education and another letter of intent for cooperation in the field of culture. Ansari also launched Indian Chamber of Commerce (INCHAM), in Peru. The chamber will help Indian businesses that want to engage in trade and industry with Peru and neighbouring Latin American countries
