Jaipur, Feb 21 (ANI): A royal wedding between two Hindu families settled in India and Pakistan seeks to bridge gap in the otherwise frosty relations between the two nuclear neighbours. At a grand wedding function, Kunwar Karni Singh Sodha of Amarkot (now Umerkot) district of Sindh in Pakistan tied the nuptial knot with Padmini Rathore of Kanota royal family of Jaipur district of Rajasthan. More than 100 relatives and friends of the bridegroom from Pakistan travelled across the border to attend the special alliance of former royals in India's Rajasthan. The marriage procession, accompanied by decorated elephants and horses, reached a heritage hotel where the wedding ceremony was solemnized.
