Panaji, Jan 12 (ANI): While addressing 'Vijay Sankalp Rally' in Goa on Sunday, BJP's PM Candidate Narendra Modi said that 'India first' should be the government's religion and 'Constitution' should be its holy book. He took continuous jibe at Congress party and said that the nation has pledged to throw away corrupt Congress from power. Further, talking about Sushilkumar Shinde's letter on minority youths, Modi said that Shinde has no right to interfere on the same as law andorder is state matter and not of centre.
