New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): Home Affairs Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said that security was beefed up across the country ahead of US President Barack Obama's visit to New Delhi for Republic Day celebrations. The central government has placed multi-tier security set up for the high profile visit. Obama will arrive in New Delhi on January 25 to take part in Republic Day celebrations on the invitation of Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Meanwhile, the city of Taj Mahal, Agra, is set to become a fortress ahead of Obama's visit on January 27. The Taj Mahal will be closed to visitors on that day.
