Agartala, Jan 10 (ANI): A two-day meet between Indian and Bangladeshi delegates began on Friday in Tripura, to discuss issues related to trans-border crimes, insurgent movements, human trafficking, narcotics and smuggling. Agartala city is hosting a 30-member delegation from Bangladesh for the India-Bangladesh Joint Border Conference. Personnel from India's paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) and Bangladesh's Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) were also in attendance at the district magistrate-level meet. The DCM of Rangamati district in Bangladesh, Mohammad Shamsul Arefin, called the talks fruitful and hoped that it would further improve ties between the two nations.
