New Delhi, Jan 11 (ANI): Lone Independent MLA in the fifth Delhi Assembly, Rambir Shokeen on Sunday joined Congress party. DPCC Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely welcomed the leader to the party and said that his presence will further strengthen Congress' role in his constituency. Further, talking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally at Ramlila Ground, Singh said that there were 'outsiders' in the rally and that Modi failed to raise relevant issues.
