Gandhinagar, Jan 12 (ANI): Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu on Monday while speaking at the seventh edition of Vibrant Gujarat Investors Summit said that in the democratic system of India it is the Prime Minister who presides and the cabinet ministers decide on the issue. Naidu added that the government went for ordinance in coal and other imp issues as there is constitutional provision for ordinance. Vibrant Gujarat Summit-2015 is focused at forging knowledge-based strategic partnerships.
