Saharanpur, April 04 (ANI): Congress leader Imran Masood, denied knowledge of giving provocative speech against BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi after he was released on bail. A court in Uttar Pradesh remanded Masood, to 14-day judicial custody on Saturday after police arrested him for publicly threatening to murder Modi, post an FIR filed against him accused him of violating the election code of conduct. A criminal case was also registered against Masood, who is Congress party candidate from Saharanpur, after a video of him threatening Modi went viral on the web.
