Aligarh, Oct 09 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday addressed party rally in Aligarh for national polls due by May, and said that if Uttar Pradesh is lagging behind, it's because people are divided and made to fight amongst themselves. He also said that Congress will change it and will fight those forces.
