The results of classes X and XII conducted by the Council of Indian Certificate Secondary Education (ICSE) will be declared on Friday (17 May) at around 3.00 pm.  

Over five lakhs candidates had appeared for ISC (Indian School Certificate) Examination 2013 and ICSE Examination 2013 across the country.

Students can view their results by logging on to the website www.cisce.org.

Results can also be received through SMS by following the format below:

ISCE: if your index number is A2567546 then type - ICSE A2567546

ISC: If your index number is F6582154 then type: ISC F6582154

After typing the index number in the above format, send the SMS message to any of the following phone numbers: 51818, 56263, 58888, 5676750, 56388 and 54242.

An official statement released by the ISCE Council stated that principals have been provided with passwords to view the results of their respective schools.

While ICSE/ISC results will be declared today, results of classes X and XII conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) are likely to be declared by May 20.

"Preparations of results are under process. Most likely the results will be out by May 20, and if this date is missed then by May 25, we will try to declare the results," CBSE regional director R J Khanderao told Chandigarh Newsline.
