Cricket fans will be rooting for their favourite players during the ICC World T20 2016, which starts Tuesday with India and New Zealand squaring off at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. It is surely going to be one of heck of a competition.

But we also will have to watch out for the cricketers who will be playing the ICC World T20 for the first time.

Let us take a look at some of the cricketers who will add this feather of playing in the ICC World T20 to their caps for the first time:

Hardik Pandya (India): This Baroda all-rounder has been a revelation for India in recent times. Pandya has also handed MS Dhoni a solution to his No. 7 woes in the batting line-up. This Mumbai Indians youngster can tonk the ball to a fair distance and also has been amongst wickets in this calender year. Pandya has also been one of the highest wicket-takers among the Indian bowlers in 2016.

Jason Roy (England): The England opening batsman will be playing the ICC World T20 for the first time in his career. He has been one of the most impressive batsmen at the top of the order and thus he has retained his place after a string of good performances. Roy has got England off to fliers in recent times and his role at the top of the order will be crucial in the ICC World T20 2016.

Kagiso Rabada (South Africa): The young fast bowler from South Africa is a terrific pacer in limited overs cricket. He bowls at a serious pace and can also swing the ball both ways. Rabada caused a lot of problems for the Indian batsmen during South Africa's tour of India last year. He will also play the tournament for the first time and will be one of the bowlers to watch out for.

Carlos Brathwaite (West Indies): Brathwaite is a talented all-rounder and will be a key man in the West Indies middle-order. He was also recently picked in the IPL auction. Brathwaite has been a regular for Barbados Tridents in the Caribbean Premier League. He is handy with the ball as well when the captain wants him to be.

Adam Zampa (Australia): This right-handed leggie has been one of the most impressive bowlers in the Big Bash League earlier this year. His performances could not be overlooked by the selectors and thus he has been included in the squad for the ICC World T20 2016. Spin will be a crucial factor on the Indian pitches, and hence his four overs will be very important. Zampa will look to prove his mettle in his first ever ICC World T20.
