The indigenous hardware maker iBall has introduced a dual-SIM tablet, dubbed as Slide 3G 7334 for Rs 10,999.

The company claimed that it is the first Indian tablet to come up with dual SIM, however, the Swipe Telecom announced India's first dual SIM tablet, Swipe Tab All in One, last week.

"We are heartened at iBall to present yet another innovation and latest technology for the Indian consumers with the launch of iBall Slide 3G 7334. It happens to be the first tablet PC with two firsts. One, it is the first dual SIM, and two, it is the first tablet PC to have FM transmitter function," said Sandeep Parasrampuria, Director, iBall.

iBall Slide 3G 7334 is the latest to join iBall's slide tablet portfolio. The company had introduced other three slide tablets in the past which include original Slide, Slide i7218 and Slide 3G 7307. The latest slide slate of iBall comes with 3G supports which will allow the users to upload data at a speed of 5.76Mbps and download with a speed of 7.2Mbps.

The tablet which runs on the Ice Cream Sandwich platform also claims to be the first tablet to house the FM transmitter which will give the users a unique platform to be a broadcaster of their own in a limited area. iBall Slide 3G 7334 packs a Cortex A9 1GHz processor and comes with 2Megapixel front and rear camera.

It sports a 7-inch multi-touch HD WSVGA capacitive display with 1024x600p resolution and packs the connectivity features like Bluetooth, WIFI, HDMI out and MicroUSB port. It also comes with preloaded applications like Whatsapp, Facebook, Nimbuzz, Zomato, CricketNext, IBNLive and Moneycontrol.
