Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has joined hands with Indian online retailer Flipkart to sell the feature-rich Honor 3C in the subcontinent.
Just like the Motorola phones (Moto X, G and E), Flipkart is understood to hold the rights to exclusively sell Honor 3C in India, offering numerous freebies like ₹1500 cash back for the first 2000 consumers. And since Huawei is the official sponsor of Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), 400 lucky buyers will also get free merchandise likes team jerseys, caps, mugs and key chains [offer valid only till 20 May].

Honor 3C sports a 5.0-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS LCD screen and ships with 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core CPU, backed by 2GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB) and also houses an 8.0-megapixel camera with LED flash, full HD video recording, a 5.0-megapixel front camera and a high-capacity 2300 mAh battery.
Going by the specifications of the Huawei device, Honor 3C has enough ammunition to give a stiff challenge to the popular mid-range smartphone Moto G but the only downside is that the former runs on the outdated Android Jelly Bean v4.2 Jelly Bean with bloated UI Emotion v2.0 Lite, where as the Motorola phone is powered by the latest v4.4.2 KitKat OS.
Honor 3C is available for pre-booking on Flipkart for ₹14,999 and is expected to be made available next week.
