Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Digital store is also running an ad campaign on Facebook for taking pre-orders of HTC One in India.

Earlier, the Taiwanese company was marred with negative publicity for supply-demand deficit due to its staggered production line of HTC One and it also lost some advantage against the rival Samsung which launched the Galaxy S4 in India, a month ago. Adding woes to the HTC, LG also launched its flagship smartphone Nexus 4 in the subcontinent only a week ago further intensifying the competition among high-end smartphones. It now remains to be seen if the HTC One will be able to draw buyers with so many competitors in the market.

HTC One sports a 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 screen with 1920x1080p display resolutions and has pixel density of close to 468 ppi (pixel per inch), which is one of the highest display resolution in its class of high-end smartphones and it runs on the Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 series quad-core processor with 1.7GHz CPU speed with 2GB Ram and 32GB internal memory.
