A snapshot of the rumoured HTC One Max smartphone featuring a finger-print scanner has been spotted at the Chinese government owned telecommunication certifications agency.

Dutch based technology blog, Mobileaks, dug up a slew of pictures of the rumoured HTC phablet (codenamed HTC 809d) from Tenaa (Telecommunication Equipment Certifications Center), a Chinese government body similar to the US-based FCC (Federal Communication Commission).
