Speculations on HTC One (M8) Mini release have surfaced, following the announcement of HTC One (M8) a few days ago. Interestingly, reports of a possible smaller version of the flagship smartphone started doing the rounds just hours after the Taiwan-based smartphone maker unveiled HTC One (M8) on 25 March.
Hinting that the launch of HTC One (M8) Mini is not far off, @evleaks tweeted "M8 mini: Check" on 25 March, the same day HTC One (M8) was unveiled.

Mobile phone carrier Telia had listed the HTC One (M8) mini on its website, claiming that the device would support improved HD Voice technology on Swedish airwaves, according to a report by Unwired View. However, they have pulled down M8 Mini from the site at the time of filing this report.
Reports of a smaller version of HTC One (M8) does hold credibility as 'One Mini' was launched not long after HTC One was released last year.
HTC One (M8) was launched on 25 March to critical acclaims. It sports a 5.0-inch Super LCD 3 full HD (1920x1080p) screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and Pixel Density close to 440 ppi (pixels per inch). It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 series quad-core processor with 2.3GHz CPU speed, Adreno 330 and 2GB RAM, and runs on Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS with HTC Sense v6.0 UI.
Unlike its predecessor HTC One, the device does have a microSD card slot. It has features like NFC, microUSB v2.0, MHL, BoomSound audio system, Infrared blaster, 2600 mAh (Li-Po, non-removable) battery and 4.0-UltraPixel dual-camera with 2592x1944p image resolution, dual-color LED flash and a 5.0-megapixel wide-angle front camera with full HD video recording.
