The Taiwanese technology giant hasn't revealed the release date of HTC 10, but popular leakster Eva Blass @evleaks has claimed in a tweet that it would be launched on April 19. The same source has said that the device will be named HTC 10, and not HTC One M10 or HTC Perfume, as claimed by few other reports.

However, one has to take launch date and details about HTC 10 with a pinch of salt as the company is yet to make any official announcement till now.

HTC's Chief Financial Officer Chialin Chang did talk about the camera expected in the upcoming device but didn't go further. He told Roger Cheng of CNet at the MWC event that HTC's new device will "have a very, very compelling camera experience," adding "We're making this comment after we've seen what's going on in the market."

Interestingly, leakster LlabTooFeR had earlier tweeted that HTC's new device would house a Sony IMX377 12MP main camera and a 5MP UltraPixel front-snapper.
