Hrithik Roshan's injuries may have slowed his work down, but the superstar is all pumped and raring to go. Apparently, he will resume his Bhuj schedule for "Mohenjo Daro" with a lot of cardio and an improved diet.

But the new workout and diet regime isn't for the Ashutosh Gowariker directorial. Hrithik needs to look a certain way for Sanjay Gupta's "Kaabil", and because he has to make up for the lost time he will be training for it simultaneously. Hrithik's Bhuj hotel room has been vacated for him to set up the gym, where he will be sweating it out for a little over two hours every day.

"Hrithik needed to look leaner, sharper and powerful for his next film. He's following a strict, high-protein-low-fat diet and workout regime. Satyajit, has put him on a diet of fish, chicken breast, brown rice, egg whites and veggies," an insider told DNA.

That's not the end of it, the source further added that the suave star has been adding casein powder to his dietary programme, which apparently aids in muscle retention, fat loss and improves colon health. "It's also consumed by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and by professional boxers."

The number of injuries Hrithik has suffered in past few years could have crushed his spirit but the actor takes all of it in his stride. "I am fine now. It happens...so it is ok," he told The Press Trust of India last week.

In other news, the superstar has only the above mentioned projects to deal with but there's a strong buzz that he may be seen romancing Deepika Padukone in director Kabir Khan's film. The filmmaker has not confirmed the development, but did mention that he would love to work with them someday. "I would love to work with them but till I don't have the script and we don't make the announcement, nothing can be said," the news agency quoted Kabir as saying.
