"Dheere Dheere se", the much awaited song by Yo Yo Honey Singh that stars Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor, has been released.

The track was supposed to be released on 1 September by T-Series, but it was made available by Hotstar on Monday, 31 August.

In the music video, the classic love anthem of the 90s -- "Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi Me Aana" -- from the film "Aashiqui" has been recreated.

The song portrays a simple love story, in which a boy tries to impress a girl. Both Hrithik and Sonam will surely charm the audience with their characters. However, Hrithik's signature steps are sure to steal the limelight.

T-Series chief Bhushan Kumar, son of Gulshan Kumar, wanted to create the music video to pay tribute to the film as it completes 25 glorious years this year.

Sonam and Hrithik shot the entire song in Antalya, Turkey, and the viewers will see some exotic locations in the four-minute-fifty-two-second-long video.

The makers said that they aren't looking to make money with the new version of the classic and that any revenue from the video will go to a charity. Both Hrithik and Honey Singh haven't charged a dime for their work.

Meanwhile, the 'Greek God' of Bollywood is currently busy with Ashutosh Gowariker's period film "Mohenjo Daro". On the other hand, Sonam will next be seen in "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" opposite Salman Khan.
