Looks like Honda's new Jazz is inching closer to its launch in India. If recent reports on the web are to be believed, the 2015 Honda Jazz has entered production in the country at the company's plant in Greater Noida.

GaadiWaadi has managed to capture the unmasked images of new Honda Jazz straight from Honda's manufacturing plant for the first time, and judging by the images the third generation Jazz could hit the Indian roads any time from now.

The latest batch of spy shots reveal not just the design and styling of new Jazz, but also shows all six body paints of the car. From the latest images, Honda Jazz is likely to come in white, red, silver, titanium metallic, crystal black and carnelian red.

Expected to take to the Indian roads by March 2015, Honda Jazz a premium hatchback will be competing against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Swift, Nissan Micra, Volkswagen Polo and Hyundai i20 in India.

Much is being said regarding the features, launch date and pricing of the car ever since Honda confirmed that Jazz getting ready for comeback in the domestic market. Needless to say, for Honda too the difficult task would be the pricing and positioning of new Jazz. Going by the rumours, new Honda Jazz is likely to get a price tag around ₹5lakh to ₹8lakh in the country.

The car is expected to be offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. Under the hood, the petrol Jazz is likely to pack the same 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that powers Amaze and Brio, which can generate a power of 87bhp, with a torque of 110Nm at 4800rpm, and the diesel Jazz is expected to draw power from a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel motor that can pump 100PS of power and 200Nm torque.
