It's been two months since HMD Gloabal Oy unveiled the Nokia 6, 5, 3 and the iconic Nokia 3310 (2017) at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017, Barcelona. Now, finally, the phones are making their way to the markets and the United Kingdom is one of the first regions to get the new phones.

Popular mobile retail chain Clove Technology has started taking pre-orders on Nokia 5, 3 and the Nokia 3310 (2017) in UK. It has opened dedicated page for Nokia 6 with price details, but expected to take orders a little later, Nokia Power User reported.

It is widely reported that HMD Global has inked a deal with another mobile vendor Carphone Warehouse to exclusively sell Nokia 6 in UK for undisclosed period of time.

So, when will HMD Global intends to launch Nokia 6, 5, 3 and Nokia 3310 (2017) in India?

As per latest reports, the company is expected to launch all the new Nokia phones around May-end or in June.

Though the products' release is late, the good news is that they will be priced low compared to international markets, as the company plans to make (or assemble) all the products locally.

Since the Nokia devices are being assembled here in India, HMD Global will get custom duty exemptions and also other tax breaks. This apparently allows the company to pass on the benefits to consumers by lowering the price of the devices.

HMD Global's Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and the Nokia 3310, which cost-- €229 (approx. $243/Rs.16,183), €189 (approx. $200/Rs.13,357), €139 (approx. $147/Rs.9824) and €49(roughly $52/Rs.3,464), respectively, will cost much less in India.

For those unaware, the new Nokia 3310 reboot offers snake game and marathon battery life. It offers 22 hours of talk time and close to one month of standby time. The key improvement is that it comes with a 2MP camera on the back. The feature phone will set you back by €49.
