Nagpur, Nov 02 (ANI): Reacting strongly to Congress General Secretary, Digvijay Singh’s remark where he called both BJP and RSS as Hindu versions of the Taliban, the RSS on Saturday said that Digvijay was mentally unstable and shouldn’t be taken seriously.
