Mandi/ Hyderabad, June 13 (ANI): Survivors of the Himachal Pradesh river tragedy which swept away 24 students blamed negligence of safety measures at the site Beas River as the cause of deaths. The survivors said besides the college authorities, state tourism department were also responsible for lack of caution signs at the site. Meanwhile, two more bodies were recovered on Thursday and were flown to their home town. Rescuers stepped up search operations for the missing students of the engineering college who were swept away by water released from a dam while the group was taking photographs at the river bank near Thalot on Manali-Kiratpur Highway in Himachal Pradesh
