Earlier this week, Victoria's Secret model Bella Hadid was seen getting cosy with fellow model Jordan Barrett, giving rise to romance rumours.

Hadid, who was previously dating The Weeknd, has not been in a serious relationship since they split up in November 2016, and according to a HollywoodLife source, Hadid is a bit apprehensive about a new relationship. This could be one of the reasons why she and Barrett are yet to become exclusive.

"Right now they're just hanging out and hooking up, having fun together," the insider said. "Bella would definitely like to get more serious, but she's aware of Jordan's bad boy image, so she's being very cautious."

"She's trying not to get too emotionally involved, but it's tough," the insider continued. "They have an awesome connection, both physically and mentally, and Jordan appears to be really into Bella too, but she's still being cautious."

However, it looks like there's nothing going on between Hadid and Barrett as she recently took to Twitter to say that he was like a brother.

Hadid opened up about her split from The Weeknd, who is currently dating Selena Gomez, in an interview with Teen Vogue, saying it did take a toll on her, but she maintained the demeanour as if everything was okay in public.

It did not help matters that Gomez and The Weeknd decided to make their romance public mere weeks after he and Hadid parted ways. They were often photographed indulging in public display of affection, and this may have been one of the reasons why Hadid unfollowed Gomez on social media.

"It was my first breakup…and so public," Hadid said. "As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well, but it's always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily. It'll be hard for a while. Love hurts, but you have to pull through."
