Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan's cycle ride on Mumbai's streets made headlines; but what led to the event is even more interesting.
The "Fan" actor was attending an endorsement event, after which he decided to catch up with Salman at his residence. He was welcomed with a wide array of dishes, of which he had only few, Mumbai Mirror reported.
The actors left for their little tour around the city after they were done with their pre-dawn meals, which are eaten before offering prayers. "They rode around for around half-an-hour with the two actors chatting animatedly and laughing intermittently, hardly breaking into a sweat, Aryan following closely. It was raining, but nobody minded," a source informed the leading daily.
However, they weren't out and about without their trusted entourage. Two BMWs and a two-wheeler followed the celebs closely.
Their friendship has come a long way. At one point in time they shared a great rapport and even gone on to do a couple of films, but all of it soured at a birthday bash where they indulged in a verbal argument.
Three years ago, SRK and Salman patched up at Baba Siddique's Iftaar party. Ever since then they have been cordial and also have, on almost every opportunity, expressed how fond they are of each other.
Last year he had visited Salman's "Bigg Boss 9" sets to promote "Dilwale." One could easily see the camaraderie they share and it appeared as if they picked it up from where they had left.
