New Delhi, Aug 14 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Thursday adjourned the case of e-rickshaw till Aug 20 which was to be heard today. Lawyer RK Kapoor said that the case was adjourned observing the absence of a judge who was present during the previous hearings of the case. The Delhi High Court had earlier imposed a ban on the plying of e-rickshaws after a child was killed and his mother injured on being hit by an e-rickshaw.
