Prawn & Raw Mango curry Ingredients Prawns - 200 gms Grated Raw Mango - 2 tbsp Onions - 2 finely sliced Garlic - 3 finely minced A few Curry leaves Tomato - 1 Ginger green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp A pinch of Turmeric powder Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Water Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Cooking oil - 1 tbsp Kasur methi - 1/2 tsp (optional) Garnish it with Coriander spring Method 1. In a pan add oil, garlic & cook it for a while until it gets golden brown in color. Then add sliced onions, make sure you cook the onion in low heat. 2. Once a onion turns golden brown color, add curry leaves, tomato & saute it few minutes. Add Ginger green chilli paste, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder & mix it, then add water, garam masala powder, salt, grated raw mango & mix it. 3. After 5 minutes add Prawn & cook it. 4. Finally finish it with kasur methi & garnish it with Coriander spring. Aloo Gobi Masala Ingredients Boiled Potato Boiled Cauliflower Boiled Green peas Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 2 tsp Asafoetida powder - 1 1/2 tsp Onion - 3 chopped Ginger Garlic Tomato - 3 Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp Cumin powder- 1 1/2 tsp Amchoor powder - 1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves Metod: 1. Take 2 tbsp of oil in a wide saucepan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder, 3 chopped onions and saute them well till the onions turn light brown. 2. Once a onion turns brown color, add chopped Ginger, garlic & tomatoes. Spice it up by adding 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt as per taste. 3. Cook till the tomatoes are soft, then add potatoes and cauliflower. Mix it well. Finally add peas. Add 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 1/2 cumin powder & 1 tsp amchoor powder.
