Salman Khan has delivered back-to-back blockbusters in the last couple of years. Most of these films have either been the kind, in which he is seen romancing the leading lady or fighting the bad guys.

Now, the superstar wants to experiment with a different genre, preferably comedy. Talking to DNA about his future projects, Khan said that a comedy film may look easy, but is tougher than the other genres.

"I want to do a comedy next. I love the genre and although it looks easy, it's the most difficult genre of films. It's not an easy task to make the audiences laugh. You know it's very easy to love a heroine, do some romantic dances here and there or beat up 50 people and the crowd will cheer. But comedy is difficult," the daily quoted Khan as saying.

Khan is actively looking for stories that can be told interestingly on celluloid. He told the daily that Ready was one such script that made him laugh during the narration itself adding that he would like to work on something similar.

"Yes, I'm trying to find something, but I am not getting a film like that. Once I get a film, which makes me laugh when I'm hearing it, then I will do it for sure. Ready was a film that actually made me laugh during the narration. After that, I have not heard a script like that," Khan elaborated.

Did Khan hint at not doing No Entry Mein Entry? He was offered the comedy film long ago and it was being delayed because Khan didn't have dates back then. The producers are eager to make the film, but it appears the actor is over it.

Khan will be next seen in Tubelight and Tiger Zinda Hai.
