After Hisar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Faridabad for his campaign rally, where he once again attacked Congress and said BJP will do everything for the development and progress of the state, which Congress failed to do in its tenure.

Earlier on Monday, while addressing a campaign rally in Haryana's Hisar district on Monday, attacked the state government for corruption and crime against women in the state and also congratulated players from Haryana for participating in Asian Games.

Modi strongly raised his voice against crimes against women, including female foeticide and rapes of Dalit women.

"Women and sisters of Haryana, your brother is sitting in Delhi, he would not let female foeticide and crime against women to persist in the state anymore," he said.

He asked women voters to support him and his party to make the state free of crime against women, which he claimed was never accomplished by other parties. Modi asked the people of Haryana to "press Lotus button" and vote for the government that would ensure safety of women.

Modi promised to improve the sex ratio of the state and free Haryana of the bad image it has gained because of rapes, female foeticide or infanticide.

He also attacked Congress president Sonia Gandhi for supporting her son-in-law Robert Vadra in the DLF land deal case.

He said that the Haryana government gave away the land to Vadra amid polls, despite Election Commission's order on Model Code of Conduct. Targeting the long sustained Congress government in the state, he said he would put an end to "dynasty politics."

While pointing out previous government's failure to do anything good for the people of the state, Modi sang praises for the NDA government. He said the new government, soon after coming to power, brought out a reasonable budget plan, introduced "one rank-one pension," and gave two railway lines to Hisar.

Sure of winning the upcoming assembly election, Modi said Congress will be left with nothing after losing the political battle later this month.

While concluding his speech at Hisar's campaign rally, Modi pushed his "Swachh Bharat" campaign and asked the people gathered around the rally venue to not leave behind any garbage. Earlier too, he stressed that there should be a cleanliness programme in every school of Haryana.
