New Delhi, Dec 07 (ANI): Ahead of the day of counting of votes, BJP's Delhi CM Candidate Dr Harsh Vardhan on Saturday thanked beforehand the state's people for their party's inevitable win and spoke about strategies he plans for the state and it's development.
