Harsh vardhan questions AAP's decision on free water supply
New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): BJP leader Harsh Vardhan questioned the AAP's decision to provide 20 kilo litres of water to consumers, having functional water meter, free of cost from January 1. He also added that there are many who don’t have any meters.
