New Delhi/ Imphal/ Kanpur, Jan 30 (ANI): As authorities launched a handgun 'Nirbheek', a 32-calibre firearm which weighs only 500 grams will be sold on a first come first serve basis for women in the memory of Delhi gang rape victim, critics refused to bite the bullet saying that it is an insult to the victim and is not the solution to ensure women safety. Bina Laxmi Nepram, says that as a woman, who has faced violence herself and as a woman working on violence, the news of handgun being launched was shocking.
