GTA 5 fans are reporting on Twitter that they are receiving the new Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC update. However, the number of people reporting it is very small. A Reddit user has put up the vehicle prices and their descriptions on imgur.
Players are reporting that the DLC has gone live on PS4 and another fan confirmed that it's downloading for him on PC. Others have reported that it is live on Xbox One too.

Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC's release on GTA 5 Online is just around the corner and players are waiting to play it. Rockstar, the game developer, had previously confirmed the names of vehicles, weapons, clothes and some accessories that will be part of this DLC that will probably complement the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 1 DLC that was released early June.
Ever since the announcement, various leaks have surfaced right from the audio files that have two heists missions to images from the GTA Forum users.
As players prepare themselves for the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2, Twitter user TezFunz has tweeted about the vehicles Coil Brawler, the off road buggy; Progen T20, a two-door hypercar and Dinka Vindicator, a motorcycle.
He revealed that the Coil Brawler will be a "sports-styled offroader with raised suspension and a 400 horsepower engine that will muscle its way over any terrain." Reports suggest that this vehicle could be priced around 700,000 -1 million of GTA money.
Sharing details about Progen T20 he said, "If top speed is what matters most, the Progen T20 is among the fastest cars to ever arrive in Los Santos." Reports suggest that this vehicle might contain Nitrous oxide and could be priced 2 million of GTA money.
He also revealed that the Dinka Vindicator motorcycle will add "agility and speed" and it will feature a "kinetic energy recovery system (KERS)." The likely cost of this motorcycle is around of 500,000-800,000 GTA money.
Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC is also offering a luxury speedboat Lampadati Toro, which is rumoured to cost 500,000 –1 million of GTA money.
The classic sports car, Invetero Coquette BlackFin is likely to cost 500,000-900,000 of GTA money. The cost of the muscle car Vapid Chino is likely to be around 150,000- 200,000 of GTA money.
Stimulus Package after Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2?
GTA 5 tipster and YouTuber MrBossFTW speculates about Rockstar gifting the GTA Online community with a Stimulus Package 2.0 following the release of Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2. He reminded viewers that Rockstar had released one such package in November 2013, which gave players 500,000 of GTA money.
He also goes on to say that the items in Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 are going to be expensive with some between 5-10 million of GTA money, especially on the lower end of it. Players who wanted to buy all the items in Part 1 had to shell out 20-24 million of GTA money. He goes on to predict that if players want items from both Part 1 and Part 2 then they might have to shell out about 25-30 million of GTA money.
This is an insane amount of money to be spending in-game too. So it is clear that a lot of players will be rushing to get GTA money. But Rockstar could save the day by doing a repeat of November 2013 and release another Stimulus Package 2.0.
