New Delhi, Nov 08 (ANI): After Gauhati High Court declared CBI as 'unconstitutional' and that it can't investigate crimes, MoS to prime minister's office V Narayanasamy said that government will go to the Supreme Court to challenge the ruling. He further said that any ruling on the same will come after consultation with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Law Minister Kapil Sibal.
