The much-anticipated Google Nexus 6 aka Nexus 6 is reportedly making its debut next month.
Citing two separate sources familiar with the Google plans, technology blog Android Authority has claimed that the search engine giant is expected to unveil Motorola Nexus 6 and the rumoured HTC Nexus 9 tablet PC in mid-October (either 15/16 October) and go on sale on 1 November.
And with the release of new Nexus devices, Google is also reported to roll out the final version of Android L to older Nexus devices.
According to reports, Nexus 6 aka Nexus X will sport 5.2-inch QHD display and ship with 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 CPU, 3GB RAM, 13.0-megapixel camera, 2.1-megapixel front camera and be available in 32GB and 64GB model variants.

On the other hand, Google Nexus 9 aka HTC 'Volantis' boasts of Aluminum-based zero-gap unibody design (probably inspired from the company's HTC One smartphones) with 8.9-inch screen with 2,048x1,440p resolutions and will ship with the Nvidia's flagship K1 mobile processor with 192 programmable GPU cores, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB storage, 8.0mp primary camera and a 3.0mp camera.
Like its previous generation Nexus slate, the upcoming tablet is also expected come in two variants - one LTE device and another Wi-Fi only model.

As of now, neither Motorola nor HTC have come forward to clear the air over the rumours. Until the companies confirm the existence of the device, this report will remain as pure speculation.
