Kolkata, Jan 03 (ANI): Reacting over Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's speech on Friday, TMC leader Saugata Roy said that it is good that the Prime Minister has admitted his failures. Talking to mediapersons in Kolkata he said that the UPA government failed to control inflation and check corruption.
