George Clooney has reportedly gotten hitched to British lawyer Amal Alamuddin.
"George and Amal are trying to keep things very low-key but they also aren't really trying to hide this, it doesn't seem. I think it's like they want the people they love to know that this is real, that they plan on being together forever, " a source aware of the situation told People's Magazine. It is said that the engagement happened only sometime back but there is no marriage on cards yet.
Clooney and Alamuddin were recently spotted at Nobu with Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber, who are long time friends of Clooney and reports suggest that during the dinner Alamuddin was a seen with a huge rock on her left hand's ring finger.
Moreover, sources close to the magazine revealed that the couple was seen celebrating with their friends at the L.A's restaurant on Wednesday and with Alamuddin sporting a huge ring on the finger it looked like they were their celebrating the happy news.
However, there is no official confirmation on the news as the rep of the actor refused to divulge any details. "I don't comment on my client's personal life."
Clooney and Alamuddin sparked romance rumors when they were first spotted walking out together in London last October.
"He's with someone who is a very accomplished attorney. She isn't someone who is pursuing a career in acting or entertainment. She's on his level," a source had revealed then.
Since then, they have taken many vacations together and have been to many places around the world. During their trip to Tanzania, they were seen getting cozy and post their trip they were spotted going for a dinner date to a French Restaurant in New York.
