Chandigarh, Nov 17 (ANI): Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against self-styled Rampal in contempt case. Lawyer Anupam Gupta said that the court has directed that the warrant has to be executed by this Friday i.e. November 21. According to the reports, Rampal has been facing charges of murder, inciting mobs and contempt of court for interfering with the court proceedings.
