After months of legal battle with South Korean record label SM Entertainment, former members Kris (Wu Yifan) and Luhan is expected to rejoin K Pop band, EXO.

The impact of prolonged contract nullification case on their entertainment career and the success of boy band's recently released album "EXODUS" could have prompted the celebs to change their decision.

Although it is not clear whether the two will be part of boy band's upcoming live concert on Mnet's musical show "M!Countdown" or not, they might join the 10-member team for other promotional activities.

Earlier SM Entertainment had released a statement explaining how Kris and Luhan are using their EXO fame to become a part of several entertainment projects, including movies, events, advertisements and award shows. The record label even stated that they will go to any extent to protect the rights of the company and the band.

"We are working with Chinese legal representative KING&WOOD MALLESONS against those who have used the two as product models. We are also going to protect the rights of the company and EXO in other countries besides China to prevent further damages," read the statement.

So the young celebs could have probably decided to end their legal battle with the firm. Click here to read more on Kris and Luhan's return to Chinese-South Korean boy band.
