Jaipur/ Jammu/ Dehradun, Sep 10 (ANI): Kin of flood ravaged people in Jammu and Kashmir urged the State and Central governments to restore communication blackouts as the floods claim over 200 lives. India-administered Kashmir is experiencing worst flooding in 60 years, killing over 200 people and inundating homes, military bases and hospitals in region's main city Srinagar as the Jhelum River overflowed its banks. Meanwhile, recalling the last year's floods that ravaged Uttarakhand, the chief minister of the state Harish Rawat empathised with the flood-affected people.
