Father's Day 2016 is just a few days away. It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June every year and it falls on June 19 this year. Children celebrate the day by showing their dads with love, wishes and gifts, and if your dad is a gadget lover or need a mobile phone, then Moto X Pure Edition (Moto X Style in other markets) can come handy.

Motorola has come up with a special offer for its Moto X Pure Edition. The offer is only for a limited period and will be closed at 11:59 a.m. ET on June 20, according to TechTimes. According to the report, the 16GB variant of the Moto X Pure Edition is available at $299.99 as against the original price of $399.99. The 32GB model is currently priced at $349.99 instead of $449.99, and the 64GB variant costs $399.99 instead of $499.99. 

The 16GB unlocked variant of the Moto X Pure Edition will work with Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint.

It may be mentioned here that the Moto X Pure Edition sports a 5.7-inch QHD TFT LCD Touchscreen with 1440x2560 pixels (520ppi pixel density), measures 153.9x76.2x11.1 mm in dimension, and weighs 179 g. Under the hood, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, a 16/32/64GB internal memory expandable up to 128 GB, a 3GB RAM, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The device has a 21MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, 27 mm, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 1/2.4' sensor size and 1.1 µm pixel size, and a 5MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture, 1.4 µm pixel size and LED flash. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, NFC and microUSB v2.0.
