The latest trailer of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" has taken Harry Potter fans by storm, as besides bringing back all the nostalgia related to the movie series, the trailer also mentioned the name of the one character who is perhaps the most beloved among Potterheads. In the initial moments of the trailer, the name of Dumbledore can be clearly heard, mentioned by the narrator.

Since its release, fans across the globe have been wondering whether they will get to see their favourite Hogwarts headmaster once again or not. However, it might turn out to be just a teaser as earlier the production team of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" had stated that fans should not be very hopeful to see the characters from "Harry Potter" film series returning in the prequel movie.

The statement made sense too as the movie takes place years before the incidents of "Harry Potter" stories take place and it would be very unlikely for the characters to appear in a time before theirs. One of the other reasons for the chances being slim is that the premise of "Fantastic Beasts" is set in the U.S., unlike the British setting of all the "Harry Potter" movies.

Nevertheless, much to the delight of all the Potterheads, actors Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler, who will be seen in the movie, have teased that there might be some old characters or elements returning in the film.

As reported by Slash Film, while in the CinemaCon, Sudol said, "I wouldn't say there are a lot, but because it is its own world and it's also so much earlier, there are people who are alive."

Fogler also hinted that fans will get to meet someone unexpected, saying, "You do meet... as the stories go along... you... you... I can't give it away! You will see, you will hear mention of your favourite characters and you may even meet their younger counterparts along the way."

Through there is still no official information available regarding the return of Dumbledore or any other Potter characters, there is a significant possibility that the Potterheads' wishes would be fulfilled in the upcoming movie.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is scheduled to hit the theatres on Nov. 18 worldwide in 3D and IMAX format.
