Despite having no official information on the action and role-playing game Fallout 4, new information has trickled out from TheSurvivor2299 site that the title has been listed on Austrian online store Gameware for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

Online websites are scouring for any sort of information on the game. The Austrian store has priced Fallout 4 at 69.99 Euros for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the price of PC version is 59.99 Euros.

DSO Gaming reported on previous occasions Gameware had listed Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition and the next-generation Tomb Raider even before its official announcement was made. Both had turned out to be legit.

Rumours doing the rounds claim that Fallout 4 would be unveiled at VGX 2013 on 7 December.

TheSurvivor2299, which is supposed to be the Fallout 4 teaser website, was previously reported to be a fake site but has now picked up some activity.

Since the site was spotted, it has been posting a series of coded messages but the countdown is still running. The site shows an encrypted message, which can either be a message, a viral campaign or a complete hoax.

The code reads "KVNGR REV ALPHA PPS VT PIZ UHMYLPVOQ CM XHWMZP. NBJB SPI'F BYQS QT D'Y BYFGEOB FI VQDYL MAQ. -NGQHT 5120- Nuclear winter has come" since 2 December evening.

Reddit users decoded the message and it read, "THE INSTITUTE IS SEALED. THEY WON'T HELP US I'M HEADING TO BLACK ROW. -TBNLS 5120-"

The Institute might be a reference to Dr Zimmer from Fallout 3, who was a non-player character (NPC), the Escapist Magazine reported.

It was also reported that the Morse coded message was changed thrice since 1 December. The first one was an SOS message saying, "Calling all stations, this is Overseer 119 emergency enemy unknown, SOS. Vault 119 Quabbin 7667, repeat, SOS, Vault 119 Quabbin 7667 enemy unknown."

Later it picked up its urgency and beamed, "Calling all stations, this is Vault Overseer 119, anybody near Quabbin? SOS Vault door breach, repeat, SOS Vault door breach, enemy unknown, level 1, 2, and 3 gone, survivors on secure location level 4."

The message's intensity grew and it was decoded to, "Calling all stations, this is Vault 119 SOS level 4 under attack, Overseer is dead, repeat, SOS level 4 under attack, Overseer is dead. We won't make it."

After this was the earlier message of the institute being sealed and this information is still visible on the website.

"Overseer" or "Vault Overseer" have been mentioned in Fallout Series since 1997, where the "Overseer asks the Vault Dweller to scour the outside wasteland of Southern California to find a water chip replacement," the Epoch Times reported.
