Television actor Praneet Bhatt will tie the knot with girlfriend Kanchan Sharma this November. Ex-Bigg Boss contestant and "Mahabharat" actor Praneet will marry girlfriend Kanchan on 4 November.
The wedding will be a seven -day affair starting with a sangeet ceremony on 1 November and havan on the next day. The pre-wedding ceremonies will take place in Jammu, while for the wedding the groom and his family members will fly down to Kanchan's hometown in Lucknow.
"It was love at first sight for me and I proposed to her. It took her over a year to accept it as she wanted to be sure of my intentions. I told her that it wasn't a fling for me and that I wanted to marry her. She is a passionate theatre artiste and a stylist. In fact, she has contributed to my wedding trousseau, too," he told The Times of India.
"My co-actors from Mahabharat and reality show friends, including Sonali Raut, Sushant Divgikar and Pritam Singh, are expected to attend the function," he added.
Praneet portrayed the role of Shakuni mama in "Mahabharat", but he shot to fame only after he entered "Bigg Boss 8".
In other news, cricketer Harbhajan Singh tied the knot with Bollywood Geeta Basra on Thursday in the presence of their family members.
