Everyone including the Prime Minister is playing Secret Santa in New Zealand.

When we are stuck in the office and playing Secret Santa among co-workers, there an entire country is playing the Christmas game nationwide.

Just imagine!

This is happening in New Zealand. And, the Prime Minister has also taken part in it.

More than 3,600 people across the country have signed up for the challenge, run by the New Zealand Post for the past seven years. According to the ongoing tradition, everyone sends, receives gifts and shares pictures on social media using the hashtag of #NZsecretsanta.

This is the first time that the nation's leader Jacinda Ardern is participating in the nationwide-Secret Santa.

Like others, Ardern also took to Twitter to reveal her Christmas presents. She said that she could not resist herself as she is a "ridiculous lover of Christmas."

Taking to the micro-blogging site, Ardern posted a video as she was opening the gifts she had received — a homemade Christmas tree decoration.

She further mentioned in a second video: "Somehow there's been a bit of a mix up, which ultimately has meant that I've been landed with not one but two SS this year, which makes me very very lucky."

Other participants also shared joyous moments on Twitter.
