Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer "Ek Tha Tiger" showed a continuous fall in the fourth week at the domestic box office. The Kabir Khan-directed flick collected Rs 35.5 million in its fourth week taking the overall domestic BO total to Rs 1.98 billion.

The romantic action thriller has set new records at the BO and was expected to break the record of top grosser "3 Idiots" in the fourth week. But after looking at the significant fall, it appears that the movie will end up in the second spot. By the end of third week the movie failed to maintain the magic it produced in its opening day and first week.

"#EkThaTiger [India] 4th Week total: 3.55 cr. Grand total: 198.39 cr nett. All Time Blockbuster," Trade Analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The all-time blockbuster shattered all box office records and remained audience's top choice until the release of Vikram Bhatt's horror film "Raaz 3". The Emraan-Bipasha starrer is going strong at the box office and collected Rs 552.5 million in its first week.

"After losing a lot many screens to Raaz 3, Ek Tha Tiger had been struggling the whole week for numbers," koimoi.com reported.

"Ek Tha Tiger" will lose most of its space at multiplex screens with the release of Anurag Basu's "Barfi" which opened up with positive reviews on Friday.

After entering the fourth week, it looks like "Ek Tha Tiger" will not break the record of Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots" and all fans have to wait for the release of "Dabangg 2" for Khan to become cement his position as one of Bollywood's top actors.
